Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included patients who underwent debridement for PJI, implantation of temporary antibiotic spacers, and removal of spacers and reimplantation arthroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: (1) PJI patients with inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and systemic lupus erythematosus; (2) patients had venous thromboembolism (VTE), including pulmonary embolism (PE) or deep venous thrombosis (DVT), 6 weeks before reimplantation; (3) patients with other hematological or cardiovascular diseases that require antithrombotic drugs ; (4) patients who had previously undergone two-stage revision surgery; (5) patients with multiple joint infections simultaneously.
