Tai Chi group:Tai Chi Training Course
MCE group:Moderate intensity continuous exercise
Health Education and Stretching Exercise Group:Guidelines based health education on exercise and cardiac rehabilitation, as well as stretching exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 40 years old; 2. Meet the 2021 HFpEF standard of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC); 3. The NYHA classification for cardiac function is from grade II to III; 4. Accept stable medication treatment and maintain basic symptoms and signs for more than 4 weeks; 5.The patient signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for exercise testing and training: A. Early stage (within 5 days) after acute coronary syndrome, B. Persistent unstable angina, C. Uncontrolled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg) or symptomatic postural blood pressure drop (>= 20mmHg), D. Untreated life-threatening arrhythmias, E. Third degree atrioventricular block without pacemaker, F. Acute thrombophlebitis or recent occurrence of pulmonary embolism or systemic embolism, G. Active endocarditis, H. Acute myocarditis or pericarditis, I. Acute systemic diseases, J. Severe valve or coronary heart disease; 2. Unable to conduct testing and training due to other reasons; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to enrollment; 5. Currently undergoing physical and mental exercise training such as Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Qigong, yoga, or structured exercise training (>= 2 × 30 minutes/week).
