65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 65 and 75 years old; 2) Elderly patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status level I-III who are scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia;.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent; 2) Body mass index (BMI) 30 kg/m2; 3) Hypertension; 4) Coronary heart disease, heart disease (including cardiomyopathy and moderate to severe valvular disease disease); 5) Pulmonary hypertension; 6) Peripheral arterial disease or atherosclerosis; 7) Preoperative cervical vascular ultrasound abnormalities (any degree of stenosis and anatomic variation); 8) Any patient with previous neck surgery or trauma.
