Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) of the United States of America, and who have an Intelligence Quotient (IQ) test showing an IQ of 70 or higher are eligible. (IQ) test of 70 or more; 2 Age: 1~12 years old, any gender; 3 Parents participate voluntarily and have completed the signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Structural brain abnormalities, confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis; 2 History of psychiatric or neurological disorders; 3 Suffering from organic gastrointestinal pathology; 4 Current or past two weeks' use of probiotic products, exogenous melatonin, and sleep aids; 5 Suffering from acute and chronic respiratory, gastrointestinal and other infections within the last 2 weeks.
