Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Inclusion Criteria: (1) Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; (2) Age>=18 years old; (3) temporary or permanent enterostomy >=1 month; (4) Good understanding and communication skills; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study. Primary Caregiver Inclusion Criteria: (1) Age>=18 years old; (2) Among all family caregivers, the daily care time was the longest, with a daily care duration of >=4 h and a duration of >=2 weeks. (3) Be proficient in using WeChat, have good understanding and communication skills; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: those with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Primary Caregiver Exclusion Criteria: (1) Recipients of remuneration; (2) Previous history of psychiatric illness or use of antipsychotic drugs in the past 3 months.
