12 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is 12-70 years old; 2. X-ray and CBCT show that the maximum diameter of periapical radiolucency is at least 10mm; 3. Deny systemic diseases; 4. The patient is a resident population of Guangdong with good compliance and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with severe periodontitis, root fracture, root bifurcation or perforation of the lateral wall of the root canal; 2.Teeth with root absorption exceeding one-third of the root; 3.Patients with systemic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4.Patient who does not comply or the researcher believes that the patient cannot complete the entire clinical trial; 5.The patient has a history of smoking; 6.The patient is pregnant or breastfeeding;
