Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma group: patients with pathological diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, aged 18-80 years; 2. Non-cancer group: normal population subjects. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. The subjects themselves participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of malignant tumor; 2. Patients with two or more malignant tumors at the same time; 3. The primary lesion cannot be confirmed by pathological evaluation; 4. Previous history of bone marrow or organ transplantation; 5. Patients with a history of blood transfusion 6 months before enrollment; 6. Subjects who have received antitumor therapy before blood drawing; 7. Refuse to sign the informed consent to participate in the study.
