Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with heart disease who are>=18 years old and have undergone non-cardiac surgery; 2) The operation time of general anesthesia is longer than 2h; 3) Patient data meet the following requirements: a. Invasive arterial monitoring during surgery; b. Transthoracic echocardiography was performed before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent thoracic surgery, neurosurgery and emergency surgery were excluded; 2) Patients with cardiac function >=IV were excluded; 3) Exclude patients with lung function>=grade III; 4) Patients with pulmonary diseases, such as severe COPD, pulmonary hypertension, pleural effusion, etc.; 5) The collected data contains a lot of noise.
