Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological examination confirms the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma or precancerous lesions. 2. Preoperative imaging assessment reveals that the tumor has not penetrated the serosal layer (T=3) and there is no distant metastasis, no peritoneal seeding, and no invasion of adjacent organs. 3. Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m². 4. Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol is implemented during the perioperative period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor can be resected endoscopically or locally via the anus. 2. Patients who are unsuitable for laparoscopic surgery. 3. Patients who require emergency surgery due to severe perforation, bleeding, obstruction, etc., prior to the operation. 4. Patients who undergo combined surgery at other surgical sites or who are converted to open surgery during the procedure. 5. Synchronous multiple primary cancers. 6. Recurrent cases.
