Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years old; (2) Patients with acute chest pain who come to our hospital for outpatient treatment, emergency department or hospitalization; (3) The patient's medical record is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with very high-risk or high-risk acute chest pain; (2) Combined with other serious diseases (such as severe liver and kidney insufficiency, pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, malignant tumors, etc.); (3) Previous contrast agent allergy, pregnant, pregnant, severe arrhythmia (such as persistent atrial fibrillation).
