Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old <= age <= 75 years old; 2. Have normal communication skills; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 2.Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious life-threatening diseases; 3.Patients with colon cancer and other serious complications; 4.People with mental illness; 5.Combined pregnancy;
