Interventions
Experimental group:Bupivacaine liposome 10 ml (133 mg) + normal saline 10 ml for a total of 20 ml.
Control group:Ropivacaine 10ml (75mg) + normal saline 10ml for a total of 20ml.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I-III; (3) Patients scheduled for total hip replacement; (4) Body Mass Index (BMI): 18-28 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindicated to nerve block; (2) Allergic to anesthetic drugs such as bupivacaine liposome and ropivacaine; (3) The preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was higher than 7; (4) History of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; (5) Long-term use of hypnotics or sedatives; (6) Abnormal coagulation time and platelet number; (7) Patients with severe infection at the puncture site; (8) Patients with severe hepatic or renal or cardiac insufficiency; (9) Those with cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate;
