Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Two or more attending physicians diagnosed depressive disorder with insomnia according to diagnostic criteria; 2. Clinical judgment requires the use of antidepressant drugs and sleep aids, and the patient is willing to take medication to cooperate with the follow-up; 3. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) > 15 points; 4. No history of other psychiatric diseases (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, etc.) and neurological diseases (such as cerebrovascular trauma, epilepsy, stroke, etc.); 5. Han nationality, at least primary school education level; Intelligence tests screen for normal intelligence; 6. No severe hearing loss; Normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of psychoactive substance abuse or dependence, or other psychiatric disorders; 2. Have severe cerebral organic diseases (epilepsy, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who have poor compliance and cannot adhere to treatment; 5. Electroconvulsive therapy in the past six months.
