18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation: ECG: Baseline and P waves replaced by f waves (350-600 beats/min), RR intervals are absolutely unequal, and QRS complex morphology is normal; 2.Persistent atrial fibrillation: Without intervention, the patient can be converted to sinus rhythm by drug or electrical cardioversion if the duration of atrial fibrillation episode is more than 7 days. 3.Age >= 18 years and <= 85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation: the duration of the atrial fibrillation attack is less than 7 days, and the atrial fibrillation can be terminated by itself or after drug intervention. 2.Permanent atrial fibrillation: The patient fails to restore sinus rhythm despite intervention, or atrial fibrillation recurs after termination. 3.Other history of cardiac surgery (history of congenital heart disease surgery, post-coronary artery bypass grafting, etc.). 4.Left atrial thrombus. 5.History of previous malignant tumors. 2.6 Moderate to severe anemia. 6.Cerebral infarction with sequelae. 2.8 Severe cerebrovascular disease. 7.Age 85 years.
