Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In terms of sample selection, the age range is set between 7-9 years old, and informed consent is signed before conducting the study. (2) Participants must have no family history of hereditary diseases or nutritional deficiencies, such as parental myopia, hypertension, ADHD, or vitamin deficiencies. (3) Participants must have normal language expression abilities, possess self-control, and be willing and able to cooperate with the experimental activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hereditary or nutritional diseases: Includes a family history of parental myopia, hypertension, or nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin deficiency in the student. (2) Mental or behavioral abnormalities: Presence of ADHD or other mental or neurological disorders that may affect normal behavior, making it difficult to maintain cooperation and focus during the experiment. (3) Severe spinal or postural abnormalities: Presence of conditions such as scoliosis, kyphosis, or other postural abnormalities that could affect the effectiveness of posture correction during the experiment. (4) Musculoskeletal diseases: Presence of diseases affecting bones, joints, or muscles, such as arthritis or muscle atrophy, which could hinder participation in core strength training and maintaining proper posture. (5) Language communication barriers: Presence of language expression difficulties that prevent understanding of experimental requirements or the ability to respond appropriately to instructions. (6) Unable to sign informed consent: Guardians or the student themselves refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unable to understand the purpose and risks of the experiment, making it difficult to ensure voluntary participation. (7) Low compliance: During the screening stage, displays a lack of interest in the intervention or experimental requirements, or shows clear signs of inability to adhere to the intervention process.
