Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients pathologically diagnosed with primary breast cancer and associated lymphedema; 2.Conscious, without communication barriers, with certain reading and learning abilities; 3.>=18 years old; 4.Informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infection, inflammation or venous thrombosis in the affected limb; 2. Patients with severe chronic diseases such as renal failure, cardiopulmonary failure, etc.; 3. Upper limb edema caused by nephrogenic, cardiogenic, malnutrition, etc., and have not undergone surgery affecting upper limb lymphatic return; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness.
