Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years and above; patients undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement, and congenital heart disease repair; possessing comprehensive clinical and surgical data, including demographic characteristics, intraoperative and postoperative monitoring indicators, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unaccepted extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery; There is severe and irreversible chronic lung disease before surgery; Patients who are in a state of multiple organ failure before surgery or admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU); Patients with incomplete postoperative lung related data or missing other key clinical data; Pregnancy; Due to the short follow-up time after surgery or the patient's death due to other reasons, it is not possible to collect complete relevant data.
