Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old; Good compliance, able to understand and cooperate with coughing movements (non IMV population); IMV (non IMV population) is not currently required; For critically ill patients such as COPD and ARDS, invasive mechanical ventilation should be performed for >= 24 hours (IMV patients).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe emphysema combined with pulmonary bullae, pulmonary bullae, as well as osteoporosis and rib fractures, are not suitable for vigorous coughing movements; Due to the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome or the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction within the past 3 months, severe coughing is not advisable; The condition is critical and requires active rescue, and we are currently unable to cooperate with the research; There is a chest wall skin or soft tissue infection or injury at the location where the electrode strap is intended to be tied, making it impossible to connect the electrodes of the impedance device; Patients with pacemakers and defibrillators installed; Patients with malignant tumors and other severe chronic diseases in the end-stage, with an estimated survival time of less than 3 days.
