Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. registered as a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral study; 2. Register as a WeChat user and use a smartphone or computer; 3. The PAR-Q assessed that there is no possible limit to the physical activity of the health status; 4. Those who were assessed as "low" physical activity by the IPAQ.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. College students majoring in medicine and physical education; 2. Have participated or are participating in physical activity or psychological intervention programs.
