Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years. 2.Meets Petersen's diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment: subjectively reports memory loss; demonstrates age- and education-appropriate impairment of memory performance or other cognitive functions on objective tests; overall cognitive functioning is relatively intact; maintains independent functioning in daily living; does not meet diagnostic criteria for dementia. 3.First diagnosed or never received cognitive therapy in the past 6 months. ?Able to understand the study content, voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with delirium or other mental illnesses. 2. Those suffering from major physical illnesses, such as severe cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors. 3. Alcoholism or drug abuse. 4. Those with severe visual and auditory dysfunction that prevents them from communicating. Also participate in other related studies.
