Group B: 1.5mg/kg/min:Protamine is injected intravenously at 1.5mg/kg/min
Group C: 1mg/kg/min:Protamine is injected intravenously at 1mg/kg/min

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective heart valve replacement; (2) Gender is not limited, age is greater than or equal to 18 years old, less than or equal to 60 years old; (3) ASA Grade I-III; (4) Informed consent, patients who voluntarily sign the "subject informed consent" have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient is less than 18 years old and more than 60 years old; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Patients with seafood or animal protein allergy; (4) Patients with pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure greater than 90mmHg; (5) Patients with previous heart surgery; (6) Patients with diabetes who use protamine insulin; (7) Patients who do not want to participate in this study for any reason;
