35 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The age of the female party is >= 35 years old; 2) Using natural cycles, modified natural cycles, hormone replacement cycles, or downregulated hormone replacement cycles for endometrial preparation; 3) This cycle chooses to transfer single blastocyst.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or pregnancy; 2) Fresh cycle refers to patients with PGT cycle or chromosomal abnormalities in one spouse; 3) Sperm or egg donate cycle; 4) Mixed cycle and sequential transfer cycle; 5) People who have habits of excessive drinking, smoking, and drug abuse; 6) Patients participating in other clinical studies.
