Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-65 years old; 2.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Grading Standards)I-II; 3.No history of drug allergy or abnormal surgical anesthesia; 4.Healthy men, women, only lower extremity (calf, ankle) fracture patients;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diseases of blood system and immune system; 2.Patients with metabolic diseases; 3.Patients with diseases of important organs; 4.Blurred consciousness, cognitive dysfunction; 5.People with blood clotting disorders; 6.Severe pulmonary dysfunction; 7.Unable to complete this researcher;
