Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria for overweight and obesity: According to the criteria for determining obesity in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Adults", adults with a BMI of =24 are considered overweight, and those with a BMI of >=28 are considered obese ; 2. Age >=18 years and =24 and <32.5; 4.Be able to complete the cardiopulmonary exercise test (judged by a clinical doctor); 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with a history of musculoskeletal trauma or acute illness within the past month; 2.Those with a regular exercise habit lasting more than 3 months before the intervention; 3.Those currently participating in other weight loss-related trials; 4.Those with respiratory system diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pneumonia; those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension, arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, and stroke; those with uncontrolled diabetes; those with immune deficiency diseases and tumors; those with skin diseases such as skin lesions, infectious diseases, and allergies; 5.Those with cognitive impairment, mental illness, and incontinence; 6.Those taking weight control drugs (such as orlistat, lorcaserin, phentermine, bupropion, etc.); 7.Pregnant women, lactating women, and women in their menstrual period; 8.Those deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the researchers.
