Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who underwent surgery for pediatric abdominal tumors (retroperitoneal neuroblastoma, hepatoblastoma, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, germ cell tumors, etc.) in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shandong First Medical University 2. The postoperative hospital stay of the child was >=3 days 3. The child's guardian signs the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous thoracoscopic or thoracotomy surgery 2. Emergency surgery 3. Children who are rejected by the patient's family 4. Patients who voluntarily withdraw from the trial in the middle of the trial 5. Children with incomplete or lost data 6. Children who need to undergo surgery again due to postoperative complications during the 7-day follow-up period after surgery 7. Children who have undergone tracheal intubation or tracheostomy before surgery 8. Children who need to be transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) for monitoring and treatment after surgery
