Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2019 to March 2024, patients who underwent endoscopic nasal dacryocystostomy in our hospital due to "chronic dacryocystitis"; 2. Modified Y-shaped mucosal flap or traditional D-shaped mucosal flap technology was used during surgery; 3. Complete follow-up data within 6 months after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary tumor of the nasolacrimal duct system; 2. Patients who have undergone open and/or endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis; 3. Patients who have undergone sinus surgery; 4. Patients who have received systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the sinus area for tumors; 5. Patients with less than 6 months of follow-up
