Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is aged between 18 and 70 years old, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging suggests the presence of myocardial fibrosis. At the same time, sitting balance level 3, standing balance level 3, and feeling fatigue for more than a month, can exercise at a speed of 50 revolutions per minute or more for more than 10 minutes on a pedal rehabilitation bicycle. Joining the patients in this project voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute phase of internal medicine diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and blood system disorders; 2. Individuals with acute diseases such as infection, high fever, diarrhea, etc. who have not yet recovered their physical strength. 3. Individuals who have not received formal treatment for limb or joint fractures or dislocations within the past six months. 4. Patients with mental abnormalities and extremely unstable emotions who have not received systematic treatment.
