control group:Only the pain points of the patients waist were treated, and the shock wave bullets were taken out from the rest of the parts for air shots

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 40 and 70; (2) Complies with the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain in the 2022 edition of the Chinese Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non Specific Low Back Pain; (3) No procedures that could influence the test results, including intra-articular injection, physical therapy or surgery, have been carried out in the previous month; (4) Voluntarily take part in clinical trials and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals suffering from severe illnesses of the heart, brain, kidney, liver, hematopoietic system, and mental problems; (2) Women who are pregnant or nursing, and individuals with allergic constitution; (3) For patients with local skin injuries, inflammation, and infections that are not suitable for shock wave therapy; (4) Patients who find it difficult to provide objective answers and evaluations to the questionnaire.
