Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been clinically diagnosed with malignant tumors and are treated with chemotherapy; 2. The first time a central venous catheter is inserted, and the patient needs to be discharged with a catheter during the interval of chemotherapy; 3 Age>=18 years; 4. Be aware and understand the content of the investigation; 5 Patients and their families have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves; 2. Hearing, mental and cognitive impairments; 3. Patients who have been placed in the hospital but are not ready to be discharged with a tube.
