Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, male or female; 2. Pathologic diagnosis of HER2-positive advanced breast cancer; 3. Before and after treatment, CT or MRI examination data should be available, which can be used to evaluate the tumor efficacy or the tumor efficacy record data evaluated by a doctor; 4. Subject has received prior pyrotinib therapy and progressed; 5. Subjects are treated with vedicitumab-based treatment regimen after progression of pyrotinib therapy; 6. Subjects voluntarily participate in the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After the progression of pyrotinib therapy, he has received other systemic anti-tumor therapy modalities in the basic treatment with vedicitumab; 2. Other conditions in which the patient is not suitable for inclusion in the judgment of the clinician.
