Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP); 2.age 18~85 years old; 3.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18 kg/m² < BMI < 30 kg/m²; 4.ASA grades ?~III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?Patients with hemodynamic instability; 2?Patients with acute respiratory infections; 3?Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS); 4?Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5?Patients with a history of sedative and analgesic drug abuse; 6?Patients with mental illness or consciousness disorders who cannot cooperate;
