Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The score of IAT questionnaire was more than 50; (2) meet at least 5 of the 9 diagnostic criteria for IGD in DSM-5; (3) Playing online games was the main online activity (>80% of the time); (4) the history of playing online games for at least 2 years; (5) playing video games for more than 14 hours per week in the last year (at least two hours per day)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Seriously unstable physical or mental illness (e.g. asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, schizophrenia, etc.); 2. A history of alcohol, drug and other substance abuse.
