Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Clinical suspicion of pulmonary embolism suggests CTPA examination (Wells score>4 or D-2 polymer elevation); 3. Patient's general physical condition tolerates CTPA examination;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to iodine contrast agents; 2. Hyperthyroidism; 3. Pregnancy; 4. Patient weight greater than 80kg; 5. Heart failure patients, NYHA heart function level III or IV;
