Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who fulfil the diagnostic criteria for induced abortion and induced miscarriage in early pregnancy; 2. aged between 20-35 years old; 3. sufficient chorionic villus and blood samples could be collected and the source of the samples was clearly documented; 4. all volunteers have the right to information and must be approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital; 5. clinical information should be complete: sampling unit, age, ethnicity, usual residence, marital and childbearing history, menstrual history, sample retention time, preoperative gynaecological ultrasound results, and the results of the aborted chorionic villus CNV test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are not pregnant or beyond early pregnancy; 2. women who are participating in any clinical trial; 3. incomplete clinical information or insufficient sample size; 4. with autoimmune diseases; 5. in the period of acute reproductive tract infection; 6. with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 7. having a history of organ or cell transplantation and a history of diseases requiring long-term. medication.
