Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of tracheotomy experienced dyspnea after extubation; 2. Eligible patients underwent a comprehensive clinical evaluation, including CT scan and fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and LTG was detected; 3. The pathological diagnosis supported LTG; 4. Age ranged from 18 to 80 years with complete and no missing clinical data; 5. The patient could tolerate the surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women, patients with glottic and/or supraglottic stenosis, and patients with cartilage involvement.
