Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the classification criteria for "insomnia" in the "Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes" (ZY/T001.1-94) issued by the Department of Medical Administration of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for "insomnia disorder" (307.42) in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-307.42). 3. Women aged 45~55 years old; 4. Those who voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other mental illnesses; 2. Drug-induced insomnia or use of anti-anxiety, antidepressant, and antipsychotic drugs in the past 1 month; 3. Patients with severe organic diseases of other organs; 4. Pregnant or lactating females; 5. Those who refuse to cooperate.
