18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) college students aged 18-28 years; (2) Individuals with depression; (3) Physically healthy, without habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption; (4) Individuals who have not previously experienced music therapy and do not reject music therapy or aromatherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of other mental illnesses; (2) Suffering from other serious diseases, such as infections, liver dysfunction, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; (3) Participants who are currently undergoing or have previously received other treatments that may affect the results of this study.
