Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-80 years old; (2) Body weight less than 160kg, body mass index (BMI) less than 40kg/m2; (3) Diagnosis of unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis according to the American Rheumatology Association (ACR) KOA Clinical and Imaging Diagnostic Criteria; (4) Familiarization X-ray anterolateral knee photography, Kellgren & Lawrence graded grade II-III (mild to moderate OA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious knee injury or surgery within 6 months of the initial visit; (2) Hip and knee joints have undergone joint replacement surgery (with prosthesis); (3) Acute attack of knee osteoarthritis or joint effusion; (4) rheumatic or infectious arthritis or other systemic diseases involving the knee; (5) History of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous system diseases, vestibular motor dysfunction, and cognitive dysfunction.
