Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients in the re-improved group were confirmed to have tumors located in unilateral thyroid lobes by preoperative imaging examinations; 2. The maximum diameter of the lesion <= 4cm; 3. All surgeries are performed by the same senior physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The lesion is close to the laryngeal recurrent nerve into the larynx; 2. External invasion of PTC primary lesion; 3. Lymph node metastasis in the lateral cervical region of PTC; 4. Cases of lymph node fusion and metastasis in the central area; 5. History of neck and thyroid surgery or neck radiation on the affected side.
