Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in the trial, and the research subjects and guardians sign the informed consent form; 2. Meets diagnostic criteria for orthostatic intolerance (according to the 2016 revised guidelines for the diagnosis of syncope in children), diagnosed with VVS or POTS by tilt test; 3. There is no abnormality in the stool; Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Voluntarily participate in the survey, and the research subjects and guardians sign informed consent forms; 2. Children aged 5-18 3. There are no abnormalities in stool consistency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of antibiotic use within the past 2 months; 2.Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and constipation in the past 2 months; 3.Examination or examination results show obvious abnormal diseases of nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular and other systems; 4.Failure to collect stool or sample contamination in accordance with specifications;
