Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed for the first time with colorectal cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer or non-small cell lung cancer by pathological biopsy; 2. Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent. Health control inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people with no obvious diseases and normal physical examination report; 2. Matched age and sex with case group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and blood system diseases in recent years; 2. Have taken laxatives or had a colonoscopy within 1 week prior to sample collection; 3. Have taken drugs, probiotics, antibiotics for colorectal diseases within 1 month before the collection of samples; 4. Received surgical treatment within 3 months prior to sample collection; 5. Anti-tumor therapy was performed before sample collection; 6. Samples with incomplete information and untraceable samples.
