18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pathologically confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma received R0 resection, with recurrence or extracranial metastasis confirmed by imaging (2) receipt of systematic therapy after postoperative recurrence or metastasis; (3) age between 18 and 80 years; (4) an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 to 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) non- pancreatic adenocarcinoma pathological subtypes; (2) absence of postoperative recurrence or metastasis; (3) lack of systemic therapy for postoperative recurrence or metastasis; (4) cranial metastases, (5) non-R0 resection; (6) concurrent malignant tumors;(7)incomplete data.
