Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (refer to the 2021 edition of the 2021 edition of the Chinese Guiding Norms for the Prevention and Treatment of Stroke, and confirmed by neuroimaging examinations such as CT or MRI), and be diagnosed as the first stroke attack as assessed by a doctor; 2. Patients over 18 years of age with subacute stroke at onset of 0-6 months; 3. Mild to moderate cognitive impairment with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score of 10-26; 4. Able to sit without upper limb support, and be able to write with a pen in a sharp hand; 5. There are no comprehension, hearing, or visual impairments, and can perform general passwords and communicate normally; 6. Stable vital signs and able to cooperate with the study; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other neurological diseases or upper limb surgery; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ insufficiency and malignant tumors, and life expectancy of 5 points).
