Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were independently diagnosed with PD or ET, and who had resting, postural, or intention tremor, and whose tremor was predominantly in the upper limbs. PD patients met the clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease MDS (2015), and the diagnostic criteria for ET patients were based on the expert consensus of the International Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Association (2018); All underwent electromyographic tremor analysis; Understand and agree to adhere to the research protocol, obtaining informed consent from the subject or their representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With other neurological signs or a history of trauma shortly before the onset of tremor; Physiological tremor caused by medication, anxiety, depression, hyperthyroidism; History or clinical evidence of psychogenic or psychiatric tremor; Sudden onset or gradual progression of the condition; Primary orthostatic tremor, tremor of speech, tongue, chin or legs only; Secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's plus syndrome, combined with other systemic diseases, and unable to cooperate with the examination.
