Age
14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age under 65 years; 2. ASA classification of I or II; 3. No history of general anesthesia; 4. No use of sedatives or analgesics within 24 hours before surgery; 5. No central nervous system diseases and no history of dizziness or headache.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant abnormalities in cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal function; 2. Patients allergic to the study drug dexmedetomidine; 3. Patients with neurobehavioral disorders or a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score below 24; 4. Patients with depression or a tendency toward depression; 5. Patients with sleep disorders; 6. Patients who refuse to participate.
