Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart and lung dysfunction who are intolerant to surgery; (2) The patient has a history of drug allergies to ropivacaine or methylene blue; (3) History of previous mental illness and chronic pain disorders; (4) Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment; (5) There are contraindications for nerve block.
