Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign informed consent; 2. No gender limitation; 3. Patients diagnosed with sepsis or obesity according to sepsis guidelines and BMI index;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. < 18 years old; Pregnant woman 2. The researchers judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study.
