Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Samples and clinical information from glioma patients will be collected prospectively All brain tumor patients in Neurosurgery Department of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University can be enrolled if they meet all of the following criteria: (1) Aged>18 years old, male or female; (2) Image diagnosis is malignant brain tumor(glioma and brain metastases); (3) Surgery is required; (4) The pathological return of the frozen section during the operation was malignant brain tumor(glioma and brain metastases); (5) On the basis of ensuring that routine clinical diagnosis and treatment is not affected, a certain amount of fresh biological samples can be used for research; (6) Sign informed consent voluntarily. 2. Samples and clinical information of glioma patients will be collected retrospectively All glioma cases diagnosed by the Pathology Department of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University can be enrolled if they meet the following criteria: (1) Aged>18 years old, male or female; (2) The pathological diagnosis was malignant brain tumor(glioma and brain metastases); (3) On the basis of ensuring that routine clinical diagnosis is not affected, it is advisable to carry out immunohistochemical staining of paraffin sections (1 pieces); (4) The patients voluntarily joined the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Samples and clinical information from glioma patients will be collected prospectively Patients who meet any of the following criteria will not be enrolled in this study: (1) The pathological return of the frozen section during the operation was not consistent with malignant brain tumor; (2) After removing the samples required for normal diagnosis and treatment, the remaining sample size is not enough for research; (3) Patients are unwilling to join the study. 2. Samples and clinical information of glioma patients will be collected retrospectively Patients who meet any of the following criteria will not be enrolled in this study: (1) Wax blocks stored for too long and moldy; (2) Unwilling to participate in the study.
