18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 65 years old; 2) Able to use a smart phone; 3) Agree to participate and sign the informed consent form; 4) BMI 18-24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any metabolic diseases; 2) History of any cardiovascular disease; 3) History of any digestive disease; 4) History of any tumor disease; 5) History of any allergic disease; 6) Normal circadian rhythm work (no night shifts, shift shifts, etc.); 7) Participated in other clinical trials; 8) Amnesia or senile dementia; 9) spouse is in the group; 10) There is no mobile phone for remote information exchange; 11)There are other conditions that are not eligible.
