Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea, decreased exercise tolerance, or moderate to severe airflow limitation (FEV1 predicted value is 30-80%) on pulmonary function test; 2. No acute exacerbation of chronic lung disease and no need for hospitalization in the past 3 months; 3. Age between 60 and 80 years old (including 60 and 80 years old); 4. Agree to sign informed consent, voluntarily participate in the project, and have the ability to cooperate and tolerate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases, neuromuscular diseases and other pulmonary related diseases; 2. In the acute stage of disease or acute exacerbation of chronic disease; 3.Low cognitive abilities, or a history of mental illness; 4.Participating in other clinical trials; 5.Expect to leave the present place of residence within the next 3 months.
